All our orders are shipped from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, within 3 business days after receipt of payment.

For delivery within the United Arab Emirates, your order will be delivered between 3 - 5 business days after shipping.

For delivery to all other GCC countries (i.e. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait), your order will be delivered between 5 - 7 business days after shipping.

For delivery to the rest of the world, your order will be delivered between 10 - 15 business days after shipping.

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, transit times may be longer than usual but please know that we will always try our best to deliver your order to you as soon as practicable.

We are now shipping globally, with the exception of a few countries and sanctioned countries.

For deliveries within the United Arab Emirates, shipping is a flat rate of USD 7.50 excl. VAT.

For deliveries to all other GCC countries (i.e. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait), shipping is a flat rate of USD 15.00 excl. VAT.

For deliveries to the rest of the world, shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on the destination.

We accept cancellations provided that you notify us before your order has been dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@antipodeanco.com.

We really hope you love your purchase but if there is a need to return, please notify us within 14 days from receiving your order. We can only accept returns of all full-priced items that meet all of the following requirements:

- the item(s) must be in a new condition free of any stains;

- the item(s) must be unwashed, unused, unworn and undamaged;

- item(s) must have all original tags and must be in original packaging.

If your item(s) meets all of the above requirements, please initiate a return by emailing us at info@antipodeanco.com. We will get back to you within 3 business days to process your request.

Please note that all returns are subject to the following conditions:

- shipping and handling charges are non-refundable;

- you will be responsible for shipping charges for returns;

- the item(s) must be returned and received by us within 30 days after your purchase date.

If your item(s) meet the requirements and conditions set out above, we will work on processing your refund as soon as possible and within 15 business days after we receive the item(s).

We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Our shorts are lovingly made by our manufacturing partner in Bali, Indonesia. Like us, our partner cares deeply about sustainable and ethical production (including working conditions that exceed minimum labour standards in Indonesia).

All of our shorts are made from 86% recycled plastic fabric (which is made from recycled materials including recycled plastic bottles) and 14% elastane necessary for a comfy fit!
